1. Serenity Escape Package
Location: Eco-friendly bamboo cottages in Tagaytay, offering cool mountain air and panoramic views of Taal Lake.
Focus: Daily yoga (Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, Power Yoga), guided meditation, and Satvic (plant-based) meals to deepen overall well-being.
Sample Activities & Highlights:
- Day 1: Welcome dinner and intention-setting meditation.
- Day 2: Vinyasa by Lake Taal (weather permitting), visit to Sonya’s Garden, Ayurvedic workshop on the three doshas.
- Day 3: Power Yoga, mindfulness walk at People’s Park in the Sky, evening candlelit yoga.
- Day 4: Gentle Hatha Yoga near the volcano, optional boat ride to Taal Volcano Island, spa treatments (e.g., hilot massage).
- Day 5: Hatha flow with pranayama, Filipino vegetarian cooking class, gratitude meditation.
- Day 6: Morning yoga, group reflection, and farewell ceremony (flower mandala).
